The Malacanan people are gleeful about Jocelyn Bolante’s testimony in the Senate. They are happy because the former agriculture undersecretary protected president Arroyo by saying the she had no knowledge on the Fertilizer Fund Scam.
What a joke.
Joc Joc is just an undersecretary. It is very extraordinary for him to have millions of pesos to be spent on a project, specifically in distributing that money to politicians who mostly are allies of the president just before the elections.
It is also improbable for PGMA not to know about the scam. The reason that that scam happened prior to the election and benefited her friends. The second reason is that PGMA needed to have a congress that is under her control. Common sense tells us that by putting the two reasons together is enough to implicate the president. PGMA used the Fertilizer Fund to bribe the members of the congress into loyalty.
PGMA and her ilk are happy with Bolante’s performance (which Chiz Escudero called as “dramatitis”) and they will always be as long as he stick to his half-truths. Lets just hope that he change his jokes for the sake of the Filipino people.

Bolante deserves to be in a teleserye. He know his piece. he act so hard that one whould have thought that he is aspiring for his own teledrama. Though I commend him for trying hard in acting, yet he suck big time. I wish a lightning bolt struck him everytime he opens his mouth. A hydra can be a better pet compared to him.
Wag na. Tama na ang mga tulad niya sa mga tele-serye. Andami ng katulad niya sa local showbiz. Ang bagay sa kanya sa loob ng bilibid, sa isa sa mga condo unit doon ni jalosjos.
