The recent scandal regarding the Euro Generals of the Philippine National Police (PNP) revealed a nasty policy of its administrators. The scandal showed how the generals and its officers used the PNP as a funding institution for their foreign vacation/travels under the guise of official seminars and forums.

The police, specifically those assigned to Task Force RCBC seemed to forget the words apprehension and evidence, and the principle of “innocent until proven guilty” that is applied to all suspected criminals.
